Windows Defender Delta Update: 1.67.321.0 Link

The link is as follows:

http://download.windowsupdate.com/m..._069f8b80484796614d33f6f7d9926daf9dd49fc5.exe
Size is only 363kb, and it will not trigger a system restore point

As always, if you need the Full Engine and Full Defs update
[for example after a new install/reinstall of Defender]
you can get it at the Microsoft Malware Protection Center:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/
https://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Definitions/ADL.aspx
The full MPAS-FE is currently 11 MB

[As of this moment: (03:57pm CDT USA)
the "pushed" version and the portal version are NOT in sync
the portal is still at 1.67312.0]

Ouch--I've been telling everybody it doesn't work that way.

I s'pose it'll get fixed quickly. It is even possible that the portal view
you saw is one of many, and the they aren't all in synch.

Actually Bill I never trust the "view" per say.

I always download the actual full MPAS-FE [if I am at work with high speed
access of course] and check the version number and size before I post. It has
happened a few times that the download is a higher version then what the page
says. This is of course probably because someone has to manually change the
html of the page, and of course delays of mirroring come in to play as well.
In either case the text of the page usually reflects the right version number
within a hour or so.

While I prefer to post the link while they are in sync, or when the portal
is at least what the pushed is, or higher, if needs be, my main concern is
to get the link out before the end of the business day for most people so
they can download it at work and take it home if needs be. For my purposes I
consider this to be before 5PM EDT [which is 4PM CDT for me] USA.

I actually prefer before noon my time if my time and work load allows.
