Windows Defender Crashing while trying to remove items

Hi I recently downloaded Windows Defender Beta 2.
It found four items and recommend their removal in three cases and provided
options in a fourth case.
I chose to remove all of them.
As the program began to carry out the removal, it crashed and rebooted
Windows.
It went through a check disc scan
The history record says it was successful however, a subsequent scan shows
the same four items still needing to be removed. Subsequent attempts causes
the same effect of crashing to occur.
The four items it finds each time are:
1. Twaintech risk - high
2. Instafinder risk - severe
3. Altnet risk - medium
4. need2findbar risk - medium

Any suggestions

Hello pastorquack,

1. Twaintech
http://www.pchell.com/support/twaintec.shtml

2. InstaFinder Adware (annoying piece of software) InstaFinder is a Browser
Helper Object. By downloading and installing this Software, All of your URL
typing errors will cause your browser to be redirected to InstaFinder's
search page, instead of your normal one. It also show advertisement on your
PC. It was also found in a popular peer 2 peer sharing software 'kazaa' and
will also be found in other major software. To get rid of InstaFinder use a
virus remover or adware removers products.

3. Altnet can be a real problem to remove as it messes with the permissions
in the registry. You have to change the permissions so you can delete it
manually.
Try these links.

4. need2findbar
If you are running SP2, open IE--->Tools--->Manage Add-ons, and uncheck any
BHO's that you don't recºgnize.

WinPatrol - Freeware

Although not an anti-spyware or anti-virus software, WinPatrol runs in your
system tray to monitor any changes that spyware or malware can install or run
while you’re surfing the internet.
