Windows crashes randomly when in IE?

I bet no one will help me since every technical support
failed to help but here it goes. I have a IE 6.0, Windows
XP Home with SP1, all the patches out there, just got a
new Athlon 64 Bit 3200+, NVIDIA FX 5200, 512MB DDRAM,
custom made PC. Seems perfect? Well, it's not. I get hell
a lot of IE problems and also, weirdly, game problems.
First of all about IE... Crashes randomly when loading
pages! With no error report to send! Freezes and refuses
to respond. Reboot. Also, I get booted from my favorite
game: Battlefield 1942. It runs smooth, with no lag at
all... And, randomly, I get booted to Windows, with no
lag, no error message out there! Well... Anyone else
experiencing any one of those problems? Also, I play
games like UT2003... And they play perfect... Without
booting me to Windows.

Downloading Adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ and use it to remove parasites.
