Windows Crash

I was using the Beta1 version and suffered a Windows
crash. I am not blaming the Beta1 software. It won't
run after the crash and I need to know how to get it back.

Describe exactly what you mean by "it won't run": there isn't enough
information so far to assist you.

As this is not an Anti-Spyware issue, you might have better luck on the XP
groups.

If you can't get Windows going as a result of removing spyware, you may
consider calling Microsoft PSS.

In the U.S. or Canada, this is a free call to 1-866-pcsafety. In other
parts of the world, call your local Microsoft subsidiary. The call may not
be free, but if the issue is one covered by their policy of free help for
virus-related issues or security-patch related issues, the help will be
free.

If your problem is getting Microsoft Antispyware going again after having
recovered Windows, I'd recommend doing an update installation--control
panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, change, update.
