Windows Can't Find And Desktop Can't Run Problem

Hi Everybody !!

Someone know my problem please give me a right direction . When I start
computer into the windows , why had a blank write Windows Can't Find And
Desktop Can't Run Problem ?But my computer still can Run . Is it a Virus or
Is it a windows Problem ?

Can you please give more specific details and complete error messages?
Without such details no one will be able to offer much help.
