windows cannot find msconfig

when i go to Start,Run,type msconfig, i get the error message:Windows cannot
find msconfig.Make sure you typed
the name correctly and then try again.To search for a file click the Start
button and then click Search;
same thing happens if i try to launch Help & Support from Start.
I do have msconfig in the computer and the path is:
C:/WINDOWS/pchealth/helpctr/binaries. Same path for the Help & Support.
I `m aware that there is not reference(or key)for the above
subjects(msconfig-Help & Support) in the registry and i`m not confident
enough to alter it, so any solution offered will have to be as simple as
possible,
Thank you
cosmos
PS.: i did scan for virus and nothing was found

That is often a result of incorrect NTFS permissions, sometimes caused
by overzealous security software. You'll only know for certain if you
check the permissions on the folders in question.

NTFS permissions are very complicated, so there is no 'simple as
possible' solution. Time to call a professional.

PS. I did scan for virus and nothing was found.

This would be simple: Locate the file again, right-click, click "Send
To:", "Desktop (create shortcut).

If "C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries" isn't part of the path, that
could explain why the files aren't found.

thank you Elmo, that`is very simple!!! i can do that for the time being but
i would still like to access the services trough their normal path;
"C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries" is the right path of the files,i
believe!
