Windows backup Server Software

I've been searching on the net, but have had very little success
getting this question answered, so here goes;

We have 3 networked PCs at home - 1 my wife uses, 1 I use, and another
I bought to be used as a backup server and viruscanner.

I have 2 hard drives in each of the machines we use, the same sizes as
the machines primary drive, 160GB and 200GB, respectively. These
secondary drives are backup copies of the primary drives using
Drivewizard. The Server machine only has a single 40GB drive. All 3 are
connected together through a 1GBit 5 port switch.

I want to set up my network so that the Server contains the secondary
drives currently in the 2 client machines. I want the Server to backup
the ENTIRE primary drives on those machines to those drives in the
Server.

I want the backup software to run on the Server, "pulling" data from
both clients rather than both clients "pushing" data to the Server. I
also want to be able to perform recovery of both entire systems back to
the clients if needed, rather than just backing up certain directories
or files. Ideally it would be scheduled, and perform full, incremental
etc, etc backups.

What software do I need to do this, and what are my options?

Check out SecondCopy from www.centered.com. I use it for many of my
clients who have needs similar to yours.
