I have a windows 98se os on my 500 mhz pentium computer with 256k of ram. can
I use any version of movie maker to create DVDs or video CDs?

Windows Movie Maker won't run on Win98 SE
and it won't create DVDs or VCDs anyway.

I'm thinking you really need a more up-to-date
system to work with video.
