windows 2003 wont let me reinstall 2k

hi right i hav windows 2003 installed its complete garbage
it possibly the worst s in history

so i want to go back to 2k but my cd is scratched and for
unkwon reasons will not boo from it so i have to try to
install of the desktop u no with the welcoem to windows
thing but windows 2003 says no u cat do that its an older
version of me and i wont let u

now thats really annoying so was wondering does anyone
now how to turn of that security feature so i can
reinstall 2k

i dont not have an a:/ so i cant boot disk and the cd is
buggerd i have tried every thing nout works pleas help

2003 is better than 2000 in many ways....if you think it's garbage then you
haven't realized its potential. If you don't have an A: drive to fdisk then
you better get one or get a new 2000 CD b/c that's your only choice.

Bummer.

You can try purchasing a new copy of Windows 2000 or try calling Micro$oft
and see if they can ship you new media (if it's retail) or check with your
OEM vendor if it's OEM media.
