Windows 2003 Terminal doesn't find WK2 Terminal Server Licensing Server

The licensing server is running on a W2K terminal
server/domain controller. I am adding a second stand
alone terminal server windows 2003. Both are standard
edition Windows servers. The terminal server licensing
server was installed in Enterprise mode.

Do I need to uninstall and the reinstall the licensing
server? If so I suspect that all client access will be
out of service during this period.

A Win2003 TS needs Win2003 CALs, so can't use a Win2000 LS. The good news
is that a Win2003 LS can serve both a Win2000 TS and a Win2003 TS, and
doesn't have to be on a domain controller.
