Windows 2003 shutdown

I installed Windows Server 2003 + Exchange 2003 on a couple of different systems (i.e. different hardware) and noticed that the systems cannot shutdown properly after the Exchange installation. The systems hang at the "Windows is shutting down" message and I need to turn them off manually.
No errors are reported in the Event viewer.
Is this a bug or what?

Thanks for any suggestion.

Yes, it is a known side effect of Exchange 2003. It's not that the system
hangs, it _will_ shut off after 10 minutes. Hopefully this will be fixed as
soon as possible.

By the way - the Windows Server 2003 newsgroups are located at
microsoft.public.windows.server.*
