Windows 2003 Server FAX error when Printing From Windows XP Home

When I tried to print to the FAX printer on my Windows 2003 Server from my
Windows XP Home PC, I got the following error on the server:

The fax was not submitted successfully.

The following error occurred: 2.

This error code indicates the cause of the error.

Sender Machine Name: \\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.

Sender User Name: Administrator.

Sender Name: Mike Schumann.

Number of Recipients: 1.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this error? Where are the FAX
event log error codes described?

Are you on a domain or workgroup? In either case I think you should make
sure both the client (XP Home) & the server (Windows 2003 server) have a
user with same username & password.
