Windows 2003 boot sequence

Hi,
Background:
I plan to boot Windows 2003 server from Fiber channel storage volume, using
HBA card that is installed at the server (blade server)
The problem:
I need to do some configuration at the boot time in order to get the proper
access to the storage (Fiber channel), where windows OS is installed.
The configuration commands require the HBA driver to be loaded, and can not
be done from code resides in the FC volume since there is no access to that
volume before the configuration is performed
The question:
Is there a way to load the HBA driver using ram disk boot (PXE for example)
and pass control to windows so the HBA driver will not be re-initialized
during windows boot sequence? (WinPE? Vista new boot loader?)

Thanks!
