Windows 2000 won't grab from legal tray on HP

We upgraded one of our users to Windows 2000 because their
hard drive crashed. Now our Paradox 8 for Windows
applications won't print reports from the legal tray on
HP4000 or HP8000 series printers. I've tried everything
from within Paradox and it still works fine printing on
those printers from Windows 98, but 2000 does not work.
It's almost like the printer is resetting itself after
Paradox issues the printer setup commands before printing
the report. Is this a know problem with Windows 2000
trying to grab from the legal tray?

Try upgrading the printer driver on the print server and making sure that
the driver on the print server is configured correctly with all the trays.
