Windows 2000 server related question

Hi,

I need to setup a test sql server 2000 on a windows 2000 server machine
(which also I am in the process of building).
I have just setup and configured the bare minimum windows 2000 server. Now I
intend to install the sql server 2000
server. Is it possible to come back at a later time and configure detailed
services like wins, dhcp etc on the windows
2000 server machine? In other words can I put the sql server 2000 on the
windows 2000 server without configuring
the windows server to the full and having a plan to configure the full
windows server services at a later time?

Thanks for any help in advance.
