windows 2000 server help with php

i am trying to set up php on me server at
http://www.heha.bigun.serverbox.org/ but get the following error when the
page over the internet, Any one had this problem?? or can help ???

THe home directory of your web server does not allow access for
IUSR_COMPUTERNAMe account. You should modify the NTFS permission on the home
directory, and also check if your web server allows anonymous access.
