Windows 2000 Server Cannot log in

I have a Windows 2000 server w/ Exchange 2000 running on it. Today I
started to have problems w/ email so I rebooted the server. When I tried to
logon I recieve the following error;

"The system cannot log you on to this domain because the system's computer
account in its primary domain is missing or the password on that account is
incorrect." So I went to the domain and right clicked on the server in the
OU and reset account and still didn't work.

Then I tried to logon as administrator to the local computer and it states
"The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively."
When I try to logon remotely using the net use command I recieve "The trust
relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed."

No matter what I do I cannot log on. Does anybody have any ideas?

I did that already. I ended up calling MS. What we had to do was Reboot
the server into the Windows 2000 Recovery Mode. The copy the
C:\WINNT\Repair\Security to C:\WINNT\System32\Config then reboot. Which
removed the server from the domain and replaced the local Security SAM. At
this point I was able to log on to the local computer then I rejoined the
server to the domain, and ran The Exchange Setup.exe /Domain Prep. It
worked!

Thanks for your help though!
