Windows 2000 Professional - Print Pooling Help

Hello,

I am running windows 2000 Professional. We're trying to enable print pooling
to a Rico Aficio 1035 scanner/printer, but the option is grayed out. We have
this set up on other computers running Windows NT; however, the option is
grayed out and we cannot click it on this Windows 2000 Pro computer.

We tried reinstalling the driver for the printer and that did not work.

Do you have any suggestions or ideas?

If it is not grayed out with some other driver then the issue would be with
the drivers.

If you can set it with another driver just set up a queue with the working
wrong driver, then when you have the queue configured properly for pooling
change the driver to the Ricoh. If it does not work due to the Ricoh driver
this is something you'd need to ask them.
