Window ToolBars

All of a sudden all of my folders' toolbars disappear when I normally
open a folder but reappear again when I use window explorer. Can someone help
me fix this problem.

Open My Computer - click View - Toolbar - make a check mark on Standard
Buttons and Address Bar.
