Window Startup Problem - Hangs with a Cursor Blinking for long the

I do have windows XP Home edition. When I start the computer window starts
with Black Screen and hang with just a cursor keep Blinking for almost 10
minutes then It's booting up.

What might be causing this, How to fix it?

Do you have any devices connected to an unpowered USB hub, if so try
removing the hub.
You can also run bootvis http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=664
and see what is cuasing the delay.
