Window OS logon Screen problem

I have Dell laptop with "Window XP Media Center". Currenlty when I restart it
, it shows only microsoft icon with blue screen in background and hangs
there, but after that it doen't bring "logon" screen(eventhough I press
Alt+Ctrl+Del).
I have tried to restart in "Safe Mode" and "Start with last know
configuration" , but still doesn't work.
Any suggestion , work around.....

Boot to "Safe Mode With Command Prompt" and run system restore.

thanks per reply. I tried that. but it is same problem, when my pc restart
it doesn't bring "logon" screen. So I can't login into the computer.
