Window hangs

I am using IE 6.0 running on Windows 2000, whenever I try
to close IE the window hangs and I need to go through task
manager to shutdown IE, any ideas?

This is probably being caused by a third-party program
(adware, spyware,
parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items
listed in red.)
