Window graphic performance very slow than before (Lag display)

Hi i'm having a serious problem and i try out all the way and software but
the problem still remain. I've recently having this display problem where by
after the windows boot up completly to the desktop, i can see the display lag
every 7sec. even when i typing text, the word come out to display very slow
and when i play game it also response very slowly every 7sec. i try to
reinstall the driver for and graphic but it do not solve the problem. i even
reinstall the direct X and i'm sure my system do not have any spyware. please
provide me with a solution. Thanks alot!

What is running in the background? Check your services under
Start/Run/Msconfig and also your Startup Tab. Another option is to run the
Startup Program Tracker from here:

What about Kelly's suggestion? Also you just posted this a few hours
ago. This newsgroup is composed of volunteers from around the world.
It can take 24 hrs or more for someone who has a suggestion to see the

Is the system clean of malware? How do you know that? Have you
upgraded any device drivers? Changed any software? Your statement -
"..i try out all the way and software but the problem still remain."
What exactly did you try and what software? To get good assistance you
should include essential information in your post. See this link for
