Window Explorer startup location

In XP I could add arguments to the Window explorer run command and have it
start up on drive C: or other location. How can set windows explorer ( can't
fine the version in Vista Ultimate) to start expanded on a physical drive
rather than the desktop and user?

The shortcut I use to open my C: drive has this as the target:

C:\Windows\explorer.exe /e, /n, C:\

I'm using Home Premium, but I would expect it to work the same in
Ultimate. I use the classic view; I have no idea whether that would
make a difference.

Hi, Tom.

I'm not sure that it will suit your purpose, but I just click Computer, then
right-click Drive E: (for example), and drag it to my Quick Launch, then
click Create Shortcut here. Or open Drive E:\ in a Windows Explorer window,
the right-click on the Download folder and drag that to QL. Or drag them to
the Desktop. Or to the Start Menu, via the Orb.

Other methods are available. Just tell us what you need and maybe we can
help you figure it out.
