Win32 Services problem

When I boot my system the following error comes
up. "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered
a problem and needed to close." Error report has
following information. svchost.exe 5.1.2600.2180
adpack.dll 6.0.2900.2180 0000f405. Any help would be
appreciated. This started after SP2 pack installation. I
have restored to earlier date but no luck.

Hi,

adpack.dll or advpack.dll? The first may be part of some spyware or ad
program, the latter is a normal system file that may be corrupted.
