Win2k3 Server Small Business Edition running in Workgroup mode

An office admin configured their new office server running Win2K3 Server
Small Buisness Edition, by removing the Active Directory Domain structure
and replacing it with a simple workgroup configuration.

Is it true that Win2k3 Server Small Business Edition running under Workgroup
automatically shuts down after 30 days, due to built in restrictions on
running in Workgroup mode, instead of Domains?

It is true , but within 14 days, you can avoid it but simply promote the
server to a domain controller.
