Win2K Pro uninstall procedure?? help please

I set up my computer to dualboot with win 98 SE (residing
on the C drive) and win 2k pro (residing on the D drive).

I've decided that I really don't like or want the Win2K
pro on my system. How do I remove it completely, and how
do I get the boot menu that asks which OS to start to go
away?

I also have this same problem, but with 3 W2K systems on
one computer. How do I delete or uninstall the extra 2?
