Win2K loses network connection

After about 10 minutes of use, a Dell Precision 360 with a integrated
Intel Pro/1000 will lose connection with the server and Outlook, IE,
etc. will not work. If I disable, and quickly enable the Network
Connection in Control Panel, all is well.

I have tried uninstalling the NIC, letting windows find it again. I
have downloaded the latest driver from Dell for the NIC. Nothing
seems to help...

Any ideas?

sorry no real solution, mine keeps doing this as well, I did a work around
with mailwasher and set it to scan for new mail every three minutes.
if someone post a solution let me know, I'd love to resolve my issue too.
