win2k logon screen prompt

The default BACKGROUND for win2k logon screen prompt is blue. Somehow one of
my apps caused it to turn black.

What is the registry key to revert back to previous settings ?

Note that i m refering to win2k logon screen prompt BACKGROUND. Not AFTER
logon BACKGROUND.
