Win2003 Error Accessing Local Users and Groups

Hi
On my Win2003, when you go to Manage, you see the Red X over the local
Users/Groups, and when you click it, you get an error "Unable to Access
the computer {computername}. The error was:Unspecified Error". Do you
have any udea on why?

Also because of this, my print jobs do not get printed although I can
ping and access printer admin page...

Nothing in the event viewer either....

This is the only error I have....

The document Test Page owned by mohan failed to print on printer hp
LaserJet 1300 PCL 5e. Win32 error code returned by the print processor:
3003. A StartDocPrinter call was not issued.
