Win2000 web server

I have a Windows 2000 Server machine and am running the included web
server. It connects to the web via an SMC DSL modem/router. The ISP
blocks port 80, but allows personal web pages. What I can't figure
out is how to direct incoming traffic through the router to the web
server. I would like to do it without asking people to add some port
number in the URL if possible.

If the ISP is not allowing traffic on TCP port 80, you will need to
configure the web server to listen on a different port and the clients will
need to access the server over that port.

Dynamic DNS provider. Google it.
