Win XP Time Zone

Is there in Win XP SP 2 a log file where i can see if sombody have made
changes for the Time Zone settings and then after few hours the same person
have roll back the settings to normal?

Hi,

Open the event viewer, the security logs will show that the time was
changed, but the before/after times will be exactly the same. To run the
event viewer, enter eventvwr.msc into a start/run prompt and click ok.
