My shell commands are not working in my win XP sp2

Its default install and registry has all shell commands
there, its not the shellex those all work fine.

Just the default Shell is missing wont show

For example right clicking a folder should show
OPEN
SEARCH
etc.

Mine doesn't

Also right clicking on an .inf should show INSTALL

Mine doesn't

So the SHELL commands dont run. I've looked at registry 10 times and its all there. And they DO run from an explorer instance. So say I explore C drive
it opens FOLDERS on the left and contents on the right.

Well under the FOLDERS tree the Shell DOES work for folders and shows SEARCH etc. from the right pane or desktop or anywhere else right click only shows SHELLEX commands and the cut copy paste at bottom.

Those OPEN. SEARCH etc are all missing.

And something like INSTALL for .inf just never shows even though its all associated properly in registry and file types etc.

How is this possible?

Cuteftp Basterds!

Found out it was CUTEFTP PRO 8's stupid UPLOAD context menu handler completely wipes out the standard shell.

GARBAGE I disabled it with ShellEXview
