Win Min Program not responding

My Windows XP Professional Operating system will not logoff Users properly. There is a program call Win Min that is not responding during the logoff process any changes made during a session are not saved? Anyone had this issue or know how to resolve it?

Win Min is spyware. Remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy
(www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com). Be sure to
update these programs before running, and it is a good idea to do
virus/spyware scans in Safe Mode. I assume you have a current
(post-2002 version using updated definitions) antivirus installed,
also.
