win.dat attachments from Outlook 2003

Just installed Office Pro 2003 with Outlook 2003 and all
attachments sent out and received by a different mail
system, like Eudora or Lotus Notes, come out as win.dat
files.

If the emails are received by another Outlook user, then
they come through just fine.

Does anyone know what this issues is here?

You're probably sending in rich text format. Try changing your mail format
(Tools, Options, Mail format) to plain text and see if that helps.
