Win 2K - SP 4 - Reboots automatically!

Hi,

My machine rebooted automatically! When i open the Event viewer, i saw
the following event log : " The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The
bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x0000000c, 0x000000ff, 0x00000000,
0x80416b67).Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in:
C:\WINNT\MiniDump\"

What i've to do to fix this problem..

are you able to login in safe mode with out it rebooting
if so its a driver confliction couseing the damage have
you checked your services are they all running properly
check the ones that are set to sutomstic start and see if
any of them are set to restart the computer on failer
realy need more info to fix this proberlem
