Win 2K Service Pack 4

Hi

I am having problems installing service pack 4 on my
windows 2000 Pro machine. It runs ok until at last step
pop out
error message:
" setup failed to remove ism.dll script mappings, service
pack setup will abort"
"failed to connect to meta database"

Would anyone give me some advice?

Hosh,

Try stopping the IIS Admin, FTP Publishing and World Wide Web Publishing services and then install SP4 again.
