Windows XP win 2003 server problem

• Operating System: win 2003 server standard
  
• Anti Virus Software : quick heal total security
• Anti Spyware Software : adware se personal and sypyware terminator
• How do you connect to the net : ADSL (router)
• Your Computer Specifications - HP proliant ML 350 server with 3GHz processor and 80 GB harddisk

I am facing a problem of server service in windows this server service get stops automaticaly very frequently and if this service stops none of the users will be able to access the server from the client machines and mamually if we start the service it works for 15-20 min maximum and it stops again so please give me the solution if anybody knows.

in the windows 2003 server server service getting stopped automatically and if start manually it works for maximum of 5-10 then again it stops automatically so please give me the solution.

sounds like the server is misconfigured m8.....
every 10-15mins it refreshes most of its policies etc and if these are wrong then services will crash out, check dependances of services and best practices guide on microsofts site.
