Will not boot

I have a Win 2K Pro PC (E machine)that just keeps rebooting but will never open the desktop. I've tried going into safe mode and that does not work. It will check the disk, verify all the files and folders and the file system and then begins rebooting again. I do not have a Win2k Pro CD just a Win 2k Pro server Cd but it will not boot to CD. It will boot to a floppy though. Please help.

Have you changed your BIOS setting to include booting from the CD?

Try rebooting without the network cable plugged in.
