Will not boot into windows

Bill G.

When starting up my computer, it gets all the way to the
Windows XP load screen where the little green bars runs
across the bottom, then a blue screen flashes too quick
for me to read and my computer restarts. I have tried
booting into safe mode and safe mode with command prompt
and last known good. When I try them my computer just
restarts over and over. I tried booting from the xp home
cd and used several tools from that in the recovery
console without any luck. can anyone help?

Make sure you go to your bios and make sure your computer
boots to the cd rom.. put the cd in during bootup and
then hit the space key when you see it asking to load
using your cd rom of xp.. once you do that hit enter to
install xp and then you should be prompted to hit R for a
repair.. try that hopefully the repair will work if not
you'll have to start over and reformat but you'll loose
your previous work. To reformat use the cd the same way
you tried to repair you'll see xp asking you if you want
to reformat..
