Will .NET Framework 2.0 Run On Windows NT?

Hi,

simple question: will .NET 2.0 be supported, that is, run, on Windows NT 4?
Just dotnetfx, not the SDK or Visual Studio. Whidbey Beta 2 can't be
installed.
