wierd error 0x7f

on clicking Add/Remove Windows Components in settings:

Setup library dtoc.dll could not be loaded, or function NcOcSetupProc
could not be found. Contact your system administrator. The specific
error code is 0x7f.

Application could not be initialized.

what the heck????

Try running this command.

Click Start>Run and then type CMD in the dialogue box, click OK
At the command prompt type REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL
