Why would Outlook suddenly bounce back all email sent while conti.

Starting 3 days ago I noticed every email was sent back by "System
Administrator" stating:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Carpenter \ Artisan For Small Jobs or Custom Cabinets \
Furniture
Sent: 9/24/2004 7:04 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 9/24/2004 7:04 AM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

Could I have made an inadvertent change in Outlook to cause this????
