I am supposed to be able to imposrt addresses from Outlook into my Photoshop
Organizer Contacts Book. When I try I get no response. Someone said it had
something to do with my .pst file. I can't open my .pst file. When I select
it and click open I just get bumped to the main Outlook screen.

Have you contacted Adobe? It's not Outlook's issue if Photoshop is having
problems.

If Outlook opens at all, then it's opening your PST file. RIght-click
Outlook Today (i.e., the root of your folders) and choose Properties. Click
Advanced. You'll see the PST path right there in the Filename field.

Aside from the fact that you provided no info regarding versions of either
product - this is not an Outlook question but rather a Photoshop Organizer
issue (it's not Outlook that is having a problem)

You may want to start with the link below as a starting point and if it
doesn't address your problem - follow up with a question to Adobe support
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb402712
(hint: at a minimum you need to find out what version(s) of Outlook that
Photoshop Org supports versus the Outlook version you are using)

As for not being able to "open" a PST file - not sure what you're expecting
since a PST file is a proprietary Outlook file so being bumped to the main
Outlook screen is exactly what should be happening - the same way that
clicking on an .XLS file type will launch MS Excel.
