Why won't my presentation be copied to my CD-RW?

I am trying to save a presentation to a CD and it is a CD-RW. I followed the
directions for Package for CD, but when I click on the Copy to CD button, it
tells me that the files cannot be copied because the CD is not writtable.

Do you know why it is not recognizing my CD as a writtable CD?

Use a CD-R. I've had no luck writing to CD-RW's and besides, since Windows is
going to finalize the disk, it's more expensive to waste a CD-RW that can't be
used again.

What Sonia said.... or alternatively use the CD writer software that
(probably) came with your cd-writer, to write the files, that powerpoint
package to cd produces. to your CD-R or CD-RW
