Why No New Small Office Color MFP's?

Is there a certain time of year or a vendor show where companies would
be annoucing low end color MFP's. Seems to have been more then a year
and a half since a new generation of printers come out. They all are
still stuck at about 4-6 pages per minute color on the low end. Next
level, though much higher priced are over 30 pages/min. Would like to
see some products inbetween.
