Why isn't "Mailing Address" an option when mapping fields?

I can't seem to choose "Mailing Address" as the field to be mapped while
exporting contacts into an .xls file. I've seen it before, but can't find it
anymore... Thanks in advance for any help.

Because the mailing address is made up of several individual fields. Map them all separately.

Sue,

Thanks for the quick response. I really appreciate your help, but I'm still
at a loss for how to map fields. I've seen how all of the different types of
addresses are broken into 4 fields, (Business Steet, Business City, Business
State, Business Zip, etc.), but my outlook is only displaying business and
home, instead of "Mailing Street, Mailing, State, etc, etc.

Any additional help you can provide would be great! In any event, thanks
again for the response!

The "Mailing" fields are calculated fields. They aren't actual data fields in the item. The export does only the actual data fields, AFAIK. Therefore, you have to choose whether you want to export business, home or other fields -- or perhaps all of the above.

Alternatively, if you don't have a lot of data to export, you can copy and paste from a table view directly into Excel.
