I am trying to mail merge an e-mail in word using data from microsoft access.
It will import the entire dtatbase but is not importing data from a querry.
You did something wrong but we don't know from the little details that you
posted.
1. Are you doing this through the Word GUI or through code in Word /
Access?
2. How did you set the DataSource in Word MailMerge doc?
3. Can you see the required Query when you select the Database in the
MailMerge Helper?
