Why is my emulator not upgrading?

My SmartPhone emulator shows version 1.0.3111.0

Which according to this page:

Is "CF 1.0 SP1"

I installed the "Emulator Images for Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition
software for Smartphone"

From this site:
<http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=791bae52-b057-
4d72-b263-105534825ca5&displaylang=en>

But the version is still 1.0.3111.0 CF 1.0 SP1.

I want to get the Smartphone emulator to at least SP2.

How can I fix this?

Have you choosed "WWE SP 2003 SE (Virtual Radio) - SDK Emulator" value
in Devices dropdown before run test? It seems not.

Wow! You're right. Didn't know about that.

What's the difference between these two?
WWE SP 2003 SE (Virtual Radio) - SDK Emulator
WWE SP 2003 SE QVGA (Virtual Radio) - SDK Emulator

The QVGA is a new screen resolution supported by Second Edition - 240x320
(which is the same as traditional Pocket PC devices). I don't think there
are any QVGA smartphones available on the market yet.
