why is attachment symbol not appearing when an email is sent to m.

I am sending messages from an online form that is using JMAIL to send the
message and attachment. When I receive the email within my Outlook inbox, the
attachment symbol doesn't appear to notify me that an attachment is included
with the message. However, if I click on the menu and do a file save
attachment... the attachment appears. In addition, if I log into my webmail
account, the attachment is with the message and the attachment symbol appears
next to the message...

Any ideas?
